Tell us few words about yourself and about your style.
I am Iris and my style could be best described as a “lolita with edge”. I love wearing vintage or vintage like items but I always mix them up with current trends to give them an edgy touch. I study fashion design and besides that I own a vintage web shop ‘www.fashionzenvintage.com’ and a fashion blog ‘fashionzen.blogspot.com’.
Who is your favorite style icon?
I love the old fashion icons like Brigitte Bardot, Audrey Hepburn, Grace Kelly, Twiggy, Edie etc. But I also love Mary-kate Olsen and Alexa Chung.
Who is your favorite designer and why?
I really love Muccia Prada and Marc Jacobs. They tend to suprise me every time with their amazing collections.
How do you keep up-to-date with fashion?
I read a lot of trend magazines, blogs and other fashion internet sites. But I don’t always follow the trends as I just wear what I like and will fit my body type.
What fashion trends interest you the most?
That vintage is being more and more accepted because vintage clothes were first looked at as old and dirty.
As for designer trends, I really love the D&G star print, the mustard and burgundy colors, floppy hats and the burberry creeper wedges.
What is the thing without which you can not go out ?
My black boyfriend blazer, looks good on about everything.
